Established in 2010 as a key step toward backward integration, Naveena Group’s Spinning Unit forms the foundation of its supply chain. Built on principles of precision, technology, and efficiency, the unit began operations with 19,200 spindles and quickly became central to yarn development and quality control.

In 2014, the facility expanded to 42,000 spindles, increasing production capacity to 22,350 tons of yarn annually. With a count range from Ne 5/1 to Ne 18/1, the unit produces high-quality, specialized yarns that support both Naveena Group’s denim operations and customers worldwide.

Seamlessly connected to spinning, Naveena Group’s state-of-the-art denim fabric facility in Karachi delivers an annual production capacity of 36 million meters. This integration allows full control over fabric performance, aesthetics, and innovation—from yarn selection to final weave.

The portfolio includes a diverse range of fabrics, from stretch to super-stretch constructions, developed across multiple fiber compositions. Organic, post-consumer and post-industrial cotton, regenerated cellulosic fibers, polyester and elastane alternatives, as well as hemp, are carefully selected to create premium fabrics with a soft hand feel and refined durability.

Completing the value chain, Naveena Garments translates fabric innovation into finished products with precision and agility. The facility enables faster development cycles, consistent quality execution, and close collaboration between fabric and garment teams.
